Danteco offers T11 Type 20FT Offshore Tank Containers in various capacities for sale and rental. International statutory authorities approve Offshore Chemical Tank Containers for the safe transportation of various chemical General Purpose Liquids.

Tank containers are separated for two transportation purposes: tank containers for liquid chemical products and storage.
International statutory authorities approve Offshore Chemical Tank Containers for the safe transportation of various chemical General Purpose Liquids.
As permitted in the IMDG, ADR/RID for a UN portable Tank T11 Type.

The vessel's operator must ensure that the commodity carried is listed under the applicable UN Portable Tank instruction and is in no way corrosive to 316/316L Stainless Steel.

Access & Tank Top

The framework acts as a ladder on all four sides. The tank top is fully enclosed for operators' safety and to prevent chains or slings from snagging.

Vent Connection	3⁄4” BSP vent connection consisting of 3/4” BSP Weld in socket c/w 3⁄4” 316 S/S BSP elbow, 3⁄4” S/S Barrel nipple, 3⁄4” BSP Ball valve c/w a BSP Cap
Relief Valve	1 x 2 1⁄2” DN65 Guard pressure vacuum relief valve, c/w flame gauze, Set pressure 4.4 bar, Set vacuum 0.21 bar.
Vent Connection	3⁄4” BSP vent connection consisting of 3/4” BSP Weld in socket c/w 3⁄4” 316 S/S BSP elbow, 3⁄4” S/S Barrel nipple, 3⁄4” BSP Ball valve c/w a BSP Capremovable full-length syphon tube.
Top Lid	One piece is made from mild steel galvanized grating.

Padeyes	Φ40 mm hole for 13.5-tonne shackle. Designed for a 45-degree sling angle. Dowel pin to be spot welded in position.
Slings	Included 4-leg wire rope slings to DNV 2.7-1 (Designed for 45 ̊ Sling angle).

Document Holder	2” carbon steel tube is 250 mm long, welded to Cradle and fitted with a rubber cap with captivating wire.
Earthing Point	Earth located at the rear, two off Earthing boss, 316L Stainless with M16 thread.
Data Plate / Markings	To code and TIR requirements. (to be located on the Bottom Outlet side of the Tank)
Forklift Pockets	2 off in 300mm x 150mm x 8mm Carbon Steel fabricated fork pockets, slotted underneath,1500mm between centres. Additional Plates above Fork Pockets to reduce Shear.
Walkway / Grating	To adequately cover all exposed fittings and prevent slings or chains from snagging per DNV 2.7-1. Made from mild steel galvanized grating.
Lader	Located on outlet end, RHS. Anti-slip paint or tape is applied to the top surfaces of rungs.
Temperature Gauge	80mm dia dual scale -20°C to 100°C / 0 to 200°F
Level Gauge	Available upon request.
