All tanks have the highest quality design and construction and conform strictly to the latest international approvals. Our tank container fleet is separated for three transportation purposes: ISO Gas Tank for the liquefied gases Propane, LPG, and Anhydrous Ammonia. ISO Gas tank containers are designed to safely transport liquefied Propane, LPG, and Anhydrous Ammonia by road, rail, deep sea, and short sea. Suitable for domestic and international transport, filling, draining, and temporary storage or backup storage of propane, LPG, and anhydrous ammonia gases.

Standard Fittings:
Man-lid	500mm (20") diameter, Carbon steel, 20 bolts manlid fitted at the vessel's rear and bolted cover fitted, with TIR. Metal spiral-wound stainless/PTEF gasket.
Safety Relief Valve	Guard brand, one 3” Flange (DN80) 3”, Stainless steel, 18 bar pressure safety relief valve, without flameproof gauze. Fitted tangentially off the top center line, drilled/tapped – 8 x M24 on 220mm PCD. Metal spiral-wound stainless/PTEF gasket.
Gas Line	Guard Brand 2” Flange (DN50) 2”, One Stainless steel, 2” excess flow gas foot valve and DN50 ball valve flanged with 1.75” ACME outlet and 1.75” ACME cap and plug, 1/4” Purge valve fitted. 1.25” pipe internally to the gas phase.
Liquid Line	2” Flange (DN50) 2”, One Stainless steel, 2” excess flow gas foot valve and DN50 ball valve flanged with 3.25” ACME outlet and 3.25” ACME cap and plug, 1/4” Purge valve fitted. 2” pipe internally to the bottom of the tank, with sump.
Pressure Gauge	One, weld-in flange one end connected to the gas phase of the vessel, and the other end screw with a ball valve (or needle valve) and a manometer. Fitted on the Rear end right-hand side.
Thermometer	One, weld-in flange screw with dual scales probe type analogue thermometer, ranging from -60°C to +100°C and -75°F to +210°F. Located rear end left-hand side.
Sun Shield	The top of the tank is fitted with a sun shield, cover angle of approx.120°. Material: Aluminium alloy 2mm.
Document Holder / Earth	Ø75mm x 325mm Fitted to the inside of the right-hand side, adjacent to the rear corner post. Suitable for shipping documents, MSDS, etc. The earth connection is located at the rear, 40x30x3mm, with a φ9mm hole.
Data Plate / Markings	Stainless steel data plate detailing specifications fitted rear end.
