Offshore-rated ISO Bulk Cement Silos from Danteco are used to transport and store powdered cement for marine energy infrastructure grouting services. They have manufactured ASME-VIII-Div 1 rules for the construction of pressure vessels and are classified as ISO Type 20B4 (20FT Dry Bulk Containers). They also fall under the ISO TC-104 regulation.
The cement silos are in gauge 20FT standard ISO configuration with offshore certified pad-eye lifting eyes, easily transported by conventional shipping container lines, and well suited to intermodal transportation. The cement silos are provided with TIR and CSC certification.
International statutory authorities approve the pneumatic-operated Cement Tank for bulk powder cement to safely transport bulk cement, limestone and fly ash powder products. Danteco Industries BV supplies various designs of the bulk 20FT bulk cement tank. Our offshore cement tank is separated for five purposes: tank containers for offshore, cement storage, short-sea, deep-sea shipping, and rail transportation.
The tank containers are suitable for transporting bulk cement, limestone, fly ash, or coal powder by rail, road, and ship. All materials used in the construction shall withstand extremes of temperature ranging from -19ºC to +80ºC / -2,2ºF to +176ºF without affecting the strength of the container.
All Danteco tank containers are of the highest quality design and construction and conform strictly to the latest international approvals.
Please note that in certain exceptional cases, the containers operated by Danteco may have specifications that differ from the descriptions above.
Also, cargo in the container must conform to the dimensional regulations and laws stipulated by the host country; thus, payload capacity may be affected. For more information or assistance, please get in touch with our office.
